Dante arrived, and the last model I needed to complete Richard III - so I did some assembly!

May 9th 2023: Henry II Curtmantle

One of my etsy orders arrived and I assembled it - a very nice Dreadnought! This is Henry II Curtmantle for my Winter Lions. Of course, this mucks up the Golf score....

These are pretty easy to paint - and the decals really make them pop. Thank goodness for Contrast paint and zenithal base coats!

May 6th 2023: Spartan Complete!

Finally finished off the Spartan! Late for #ArmorInApril (but I did complete the Dreadnought in April for that, so I did the challenge!) In terms of Golf, this puts me at;

May 2nd & 3rd 2023: John of Gaunt

Assembling another model that arrived recently - this is going to be John of Gaunt (or John the Red Prince of the Hunt) who some people maintain is the founder of the House of Lancaster, but which is historically inaccurate...

Miniature Golf

The Spring Season of Golf is here ... and I am not doing very well :)

I finished the Chaplain Dreadnought but bought the Spartan - and that isn't finished yet, so I was at 0. I also nearly finished three tanks - all done except for transfers, but the transfers are coming in from Australia and are taking a while to get here! So, still 0 ...

But I bought some models for my new Marine army - I've actually bought far too many models for it, but only eight of them have arrived. 3x characters and 3x lion riders from Etsy, and 2 Dreadnoughts. So, that is putting me at +8.

I need to knuckle down and get some things painted!
